Celebrating Women in Design 2026
Last week, the New York Design Center hosted The 100th Anniversary Edition of its Women in Design event, a spectacular celebration honoring the extraordinary women who shape the design industry. Over 800 guests attended the day of programming, which featured four keynote panels, workshops, discussions, and showroom open houses. Throughout the month of March, The New York Design Center will continue to celebrate Women in Design, both digitally and in person. Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club President's Dinner Honors Jim Druckman and The New York Design Center on its 100th Anniversary
On April 9th, the nation's design industry elite gathered at the annual Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club President's Dinner to honor Jim Druckman, President of the Board for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, as well as the New York Design Center on its 100th Anniversary. This year's event attendees helped raise $1.65 million to fund essential after-school programs for more than 14,000 young people at nine locations throughout the Bronx.
