Allister and Bellamy by Visual Comfort
Visual Comfort showcased a stunning array of Fall 2025 design debuts at High Point Market. Here are two that show the breadth of Visual Comfort’s work, from their Metropolitan to Traditional Revival offerings. We look forward to seeing all the new introductions in the showroom, Suite 101.
Bellamy is defined by its dramatically scaled, jewelry-inspired chain, giving the design its striking presence. Offered in three finishes, the chain is accented by softly fluted connections that add refinement while
framing a luminous white or clear glass globe, available in three sizes. Whether installed as a single pendant or draped in a swag formation for amplified drama, Bellamy transforms the classic globe into a sculptural statement with a touch of irreverent charm.
Allister explores the artistry of form and material across three distinctive silhouettes — the classic tapered shade, the sculptural globe, and the elegant galleried pendant. The tapered and galleried designs feature delicately crafted brass bands that mimic a double soutache ribbon, framing hand-gathered fabric shades lined with muslin and hemmed at the top and bottom by the soutache frame. The globe introduces a new interpretation, defined by softly contoured brass ribs, a domed crown, and a refined finial detail that showcases the interplay of structure and softness. Each piece, offered in Schumacher’s (Suite 1516) iconic patterns and classic textiles, is suspended from a jewelry like a chain and finished with thoughtful tailoring— a testament to timeless craftsmanship and sophistication.
