Charlotte Design Social

The event kicked off with a Maker’s Dinner at the Duke Mansion. This was the perfect setting for makers from across the country to come together to swap industry insights and connect with one another. The festivities continued the following morning as designers from the Charlotte area flocked the Duke Mansion for a jam-packed day of learning and makers meetings. 200 Lex partnered with Business of Home to host a panel discussion where topics ranged from what it means to be a small business owner, how they got their start, and how to navigate the interior design world, including working with trade clients. The New York Design Center looks forward to supporting this community and future Design Social Pop-ups in select cities throughout the United States later this year.
