Dog Days of Summer
Originally, the Dog Days of Summer referred to the rising of the dog star – Sirius – in the heavens.
The Greeks and Romans observed that Sirius rose just before the Sun, beginning in late July. It might be hot outside but we like to celebrate these ‘Dog Days’ by checking out all the canine friends we have here at the Gallery @ 200 Lex! Pick out one of these new pups!
