At Made Goods, women drive the vision, creativity, and leadership behind our brand. From our sales team and showroom managers to executives and beyond, female leadership is at the core of our company’s success. Two-thirds of our 200 Lex New York team are women, and our VP of Brand is a key force in shaping our identity. Their leadership, creativity, and keen eye for design have played an integral role in defining our brand story.
This influence extends into our products and collaborations with women designers, whose creativity and expertise bring fresh perspectives to our collections. Many of our pieces showcase global craftsmanship, including designs handcrafted by female artisans. From intricate woven details to artisan-made accents, our collections celebrate the skill, artistry, and heritage of women around the world.
