The Flower Magazine Showhouse: 23 Designers Transform a Legendary Estate in Nashville
FLOWER magazine opened the doors of its Nashville designer showhouse last week. This year, 23 esteemed designers (and friends of 200 Lex) created exquisite rooms alongside talented floral designers who enhanced each room with fresh arrangements.
The showhouse was sponsored by these brands that you can visit at The New York Design Center: Baker | McGuire (suite 300), Benjamin Moore (suite 814), Century Furniture (suite 200), François & Co. Visitors are charmed by the house’s wide range of design styles, from traditional Southern elegance to modern interpretations of Southern charm and easy living.

Architectural firm Pfeffer Torode, along with Maker Construction, has beautifully renovated the
20,000-square-foot estate. Set on six acres, the property features grounds designed by Kaiser
Trabue, one of Nashville’s premier landscape architecture firms. Before entering the magnificent
country estate, guests will be greeted by its gated entrance, followed by a winding quarter-mile
drive that leads to the home.
Staying true to the core pillar of FLOWER magazine, the team has enlisted 10 floral designers to
orchestrate arrangements that beautifully complement each room.

The 2025 FLOWER Nashville Showhouse is open until October 26. Tours will take place Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A portion of ticket sales will benefit The Next Door Recovery, a Nashville-based treatment and recovery program for women.
