The New York Design Center Kicks Off 100 Years in Paris!
The New York Design Center kicked off its 100th Anniversary festivities and Deco-off, as well as Maison & Objet in Paris, on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026. The celebratory soiree was co-hosted with Business of Home and sponsored by Baker|McGuire, Benjamin Moore, Corston Architectural Detail, Element7, John Pomp Studios, Kravet, David Sutherland, Thibaut, and Visual Comfort. With over 450 guests, including designers, manufacturers, and editors from across the US and Europe, it was truly an evening to remember!
Held at Riviè Restaurant in the Hoxton Hotel, the understatedly chic French atmosphere was the setting for light bites, mingling, and, of course, Champagne. Highlighting The New York Design Center’s commitment to bringing the industry together regardless of the locale, designers, editors, and manufacturers were all in attendance, and the evening was an inevitable who’s who of the design industry!
