Field and Supply Celebrates Ten Years as the Nation’s Leading Modern Maker Fair
Renowned modern maker fair, Field + Supply, celebrated it’s fourth-annual Spring MRKT at Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, New York, from Friday, May 31 – Sunday, June 2. The Spring MRKT featured a new layout to enhance visitors’ experience, accommodate additional vendors under the covered pavilion, and expanded local food offerings.
Founded by award-winning interior designer Brad Ford, Field + Supply connects a global community with artisans who are stewards of traditional craftsmanship and artistic processes. A one-of-a-kind shopping experience, the Spring MRKT showcased a wide array of product categories, including: apparel, home goods, furniture, textiles, ceramics, lighting, art, decorative accessories, apothecary, jewelry, pets, and more.
“When I first conceived the idea for Field + Supply, I envisioned a gathering that celebrates craftsmanship, creativity, and community. Our event is not just about showcasing unique and exquisite pieces- it’s about fostering connections, inspiring innovation, and honoring the timeless artistry that defines our modern makers. Field + Supply – which will celebrate its 10th anniversary this Fall, is more than an event; it’s a testament to the enduring spirit of craftsmanship and the beauty of bringing people together to appreciate the handmade and the heartfelt.”
Artisans making their debut at the recent Spring MRKT included: Hopp Shoppe, Rudy Jude, East Camp Goods, Loup Charmant, Morrow Soft Goods, Gray Gardens Plant Studio, Jess Feury, and highly-acclaimed animal portraiture photographer Valerie Straff, who had a photo booth on-site exclusively for dogs.
Field + Supply Spring MRKT featured a robust lineup of activities including live music, maker demos, happy hours, interactive activities, and book signings. Exclusive F+S apparel, custom tote bags from Steele Canvas, and various accessories were also available for purchase.
