Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York Reveals 2026 Greenwich Village Location

Open to the public for four weeks beginning Wednesday, September 16th, this year’s Show House will be staged within a remarkable 1839 Georgian red-brick townhouse featuring six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and approximately 8,700 square feet of interior living space, complemented by four landscaped private terraces totaling 1,566 square feet. Once home to famed composer John Philip Sousa, along with Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, the 22-foot-wide residence is listed on the historic register and has been meticulously restored to preserve its architectural heritage. The storied residence, offered at $21 million, is exclusively represented by Melissa Olson of Douglas Elliman.
